A graduate of Kansas State University with a degree in Business Marketing, Kasey has always been passionate about helping businesses connect with their customers and bring their stories to life, “This is where the magic happens,” as she says. She began her career in advertising at AT&T, quickly advancing into management. In 2015, Kasey discovered her love for supporting small to mid-sized businesses while working at BirdEye, a software company focused on helping organizations build strong online reputations through 5-star reviews across multiple platforms. She later stepped into the role of full-time Marketing Director for a foundation repair company, increasing annual sales by 65% in her first year. Kasey founded Avidea Social in 2020, and over the past six years, she and her team have helped numerous businesses establish, elevate, and grow their social media presence. Turning engagement into meaningful connections, brand awareness, and measurable results. In addition to her professional work, Kasey is deeply committed to her community: she has volunteered with the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County, served as Bubbles and Bags Chairman from 2018–2022, co-chaired fundraising events for Rockwall Toys for Tots, and participated in Leadership Rockwall, graduating in 2020. She now serves as a Leadership Rockwall Class Advisor (2024) and Lead Advisor (2025), and sits on the Professional Women’s Alliance Advisory Committee (2026).

Daidrie is a graduate of Texas A&M University (Whoop!), where she earned her degree in Human Resource Management. After more than a decade in HR, she followed her passion for design and creativity and launched her own marketing consulting business in 2021. Daidrie met Kasey in 2020 through the Rockwall Area Chamber Leadership Program and joined the Avidea team in 2024. Daidrie loves collaborating, connecting, and creating alongside clients to bring their visions to life. In addition to her professional work, Daidrie enjoys getting involved in her community. She is a proud alum of Leadership Rockwall (Class of 2020), volunteers with the Children’s Advocacy Center for Rockwall County, and served as Bubbles and Bags Punch a Prize Chair from 2021–2025.

Kelsey was born and raised in Nacogdoches, Texas, and earned a degree in Hospitality with a focus on event planning from Stephen F. Austin State University. With a strong background in planning and organization, she discovered that creativity, particularly through social media and content creation, was the perfect way to bring strategy and structure together. She is married with one son and, alongside her husband, manages several Airbnb properties, giving her hands-on experience in branding, guest experience, and marketing. In her free time, Kelsey enjoys decorating, attending concerts, and reading. She is passionate about being involved in her local community and helping local businesses strengthen their brand and marketing presence through thoughtful, creative, and organized strategies.

Andrea has spent over a decade behind the lens as a professional wedding photographer, and now she channels that creativity into custom branding photography and social media content creation. She’s passionate about helping businesses shine online, one scroll-stopping image at a time. A DBU alum, Andrea is a wife, mom of two, fiction novel enthusiast, true crime podcast fan, and lover of a good patio vibe.
